AED uses the Crest Ultrasonic Optimum Console Juniorâ„¢ four-station ultrasonic cleaning system designed to clean many different types of industrial components. We have developed our own Class 1000 Clean Room Specifications based upon industry standards that we follow to assure quality cleaning every time.

Contamination on the surfaces of parts can greatly degrade the performance, production yield and life expectancy of a product. Therefore, many manufacturers have instituted cleaning procedures to ensure that their component parts are clean and not likely to adversely affect the completed product.

Precision cleaning of parts has changed dramatically over the past decade, driven by increasing cleanliness requirements and the need to eliminate solvents. Ultrasonic has emerged as one of the practical ways to achieve the new cleanliness targets using environmentally friendly aqueous chemistries. We can effectively clean polycarbonates, acrylics, and other sensitive plastics, as well as soft metals like aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous metals. This method also works great on stainless steel, iron, nickel, glass, ceramic, porcelain, rubber and even fiberglass.

The ultrasonic aqueous cleaning is powered by a constant high-output generator, which enables consistent and thorough cleaning. The ultrasonic sweeping frequency provides an ultrasonic cleaning action which ensures that the contaminants are removed even from small recesses and blind holes.

All cleaning and packaging is done in our Class 1000 Clean Room. We also offer customized cleaning of specialized parts and product assembly.
